This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral and binding part of the Terms and Conditions of Spikitech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, India (“Company”, “Spikitech”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By enrolling in any course, program, or service offered on the Platform, the user (“User”, “You”, “Parent/Guardian”) expressly agrees to be bound by this Policy.
1.1 Spikitech Private Limited follows a strict, limited, and conditional refund policy.
1.2 A refund request shall be considered only if such request is raised prior to the completion or attendance of three (3) classes from the date of enrollment.
1.3 For the purposes of this Policy, completion of classes shall include:
Attendance of live classes;
Attendance of demo sessions where such demos are counted as classes;
Access to or consumption of recorded sessions, course materials, or learning content.
2.1 Once a student has attended, accessed, or completed three (3) or more classes, the enrollment shall be deemed to be final, confirmed, and irrevocably accepted by the User.
2.2 Upon completion of three (3) classes:
No refund,
No cancellation, and
No transfer of fees
shall be permitted under any circumstances whatsoever.
2.3 The User expressly waives any right to claim a refund after completion of three (3) classes, irrespective of usage, satisfaction, or continuation of services.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, no refund shall be provided in cases including but not limited to:
Change of mind after enrollment;
Dissatisfaction with teaching methodology, instructors, or content;
Scheduling conflicts or personal commitments;
Partial completion, withdrawal, or discontinuation of the course;
Technical issues at the User’s end, including device failure, internet connectivity, or availability;
Failure or refusal to attend scheduled sessions.
5.1 Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official support email of Spikitech Private Limited as mentioned on the Platform.
5.2 All refund requests shall be subject to verification and approval at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not strictly comply with this Policy.
5.4 Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days from the date of approval, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
By enrolling in any course or program offered by Spikitech Private Limited, the User expressly:
a) Acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy;
b) Confirms that the policy has been clearly communicated prior to enrollment;
c) Agrees that no refund shall be applicable after completion of three (3) classes;
d) Accepts this Policy as a legally binding and enforceable condition of enrollment.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
